Classic-style rooms with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom: The room felt like stepping into a time machine, with its charming classic decor. I half-expected the TV to be black and white, but it was modern and added a touch of nostalgia to my stay.
Misleading information about free parking: Despite the website mentioning free public parking nearby, finding an empty spot was nearly impossible. It would have been better if the parking arrangements were clearly explained beforehand.

The hotel's decoration is absolutely charming, with a touch of old-world elegance that made me feel like I was stepping back in time. The general areas were well-maintained and had a cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a cup of tea. I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility for senior people, with easy elevators and well-lit hallways that made it easy for me to navigate around.
I would have loved to have more activities or events specifically catered to senior guests. Perhaps some afternoon tea gatherings or gentle exercise classes would have been a wonderful addition to make our vacation even more enjoyable.

It felt like staying in a luxurious Victorian mansion, complete with a flat-screen TV for a touch of modernity.
Misleading parking information.

The breakfast ingredients were basic but hey, at least they stocked it, right? Free WiFi saved me from utter boredom. Oh, and let's not forget the thrilling experience of finding public parking nearby!
Wow, I just love climbing stairs with my elderly knees! Not. Definitely not a place for the unfit or disabled.

We had a wonderful stay at Riscatto 1514. The owner, Pasquale, was charming and left us everything we needed for a lovely breakfast on the balcony with breathtaking views of the Sassi. The location was perfect, next to the Duomo and with unbeatable views of Sassi Barisano. The room was clean, well-decorated, and equipped with a modern bathroom. Pasquale went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provided excellent recommendations. The shared terrace was a great place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine while taking in the stunning views.
Would recommend this hotel.
